This blog is meant to accomplish two things:
1. Document my gradual transition to veganism over the next three months and hold me accountable for the choices I make about how to fuel my body each day.
2. Get me back into the habit of writing regularly. Too many times in 2014 I have found myself exclaiming, yes! I love to write! only to feel the guilt creep in when my conscience reminds me I haven’t actually written anything in a very, very long time. Time to change.
